They reactivated all of you if you were deactivated. Log in if you like.
If you're worried about not being able to catch up in gear, the new Records of Eminence let you earl level 115 gear (out of level 119) just by doing quests you can activate from your menu whenever you like.

67 teleport points are available around the world, like the Aethernet in FFXIV, but globally accessible.
